What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you shop with us or register an account on the site. Data will also be collected if you enter a competition, participate in a survey, respond to marketing or an email communication, comment or react to a social media post or participate in any website or technology feature.

As part of the ordering or registration process we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, payment details, purchase and browsing behaviour, website usage or other information.

Credit card information will be requested for the purchase and processes by our payment providers. The information will be stored encrypted with us, as a proof of the payment. This data is mandatory to process the order placed.

We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase.

How can you modify or remove your information?

To modify your personal information, you can easily change your information in your Account section on our website. To delete all of your online account information from our database. You also have the right to be forgotten; simply contact us to action permanat deletion. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

How does our email subscription work?

If you would like to receive our newsletter we will need your email address as well as your consent to the receipt of the newsletter. You will then be added to our distribution list. We use this list exclusively for the delivery of requested information, offers, news, updates, discounts and information we think you may find useful or appreciate.

As a newsletter provider, we work with a third-party software platform; currently Brevo.

Your data will be transmitted to this party, for who it’s prohibited to sell and use your data for purposes other than sending our newsletters. The granted consent to the storage of data, the e-mail address and their use to send the newsletter, can be revoked at any time through the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
