As soon as you place your order we receive a notification and the wheels start turning. Your order will be professionally packaged ready for dispatch. You will receive email confirmation of this and a door-to-door tracking number as soon as it is ready. We ship on Monday and Thursdays.

Returns

You are free to return your order to us within 7 days of delivery;

  • Your BottleCloth(s) must be unused, unwashed and remain in their original packaging.
  • Please email shop@bottlecloths.com and request return authorisation.
  • We will provide you with return instructions. These will vary depending on your location.
  • Send the item back to the returns address we give you - it will be country specific.
  • Upon safe receipt / after satisfactory product inspection we will issue you with a full refund.
