We use a selection of couriers including; UPS, Royal Mail, DPD, Fedex and DHL.
We promise never to use Evri (MyHermes).

Returns

You are free to return your order to us within 7 days of delivery;

  • Your BottleCloth(s) must be unused, unwashed and remain in their original packaging.
  • Please email shop@bottlecloths.com and request return authorisation.
  • We will provide you with return instructions. These will vary depending on your location.
  • Send the item back to our returns address: PO Box 866, Rotherham, United Kingdom, S60 9QZ.
  • Upon safe receipt / after satisfactory product inspection we will issue you with a full refund.
